But if you’re not having fun, the city’s police come to take you away. Passed off as lighthearted antics, the city hides a terrible secret.

This is one more city from ben boyarko’s weird-ass homebrew world, which still doesn’t have a name. Though this isn’t an adventure, it’s a sandbox setting where a number of adventure possibilities are set up for parties of many levels.
