Halloween Town was once a realm of the Feywild, manifesting the Autumnal festival of transition.  However, the gruesome consequences of the boredom and restlessness of its’ King, Jack Skellington, changed Halloween Town into a Domain of Dread.  Now the residents of Halloween Town are a recurring threat to the people of the other domains of Ravenloft, victimizing them to serve Jack’s macabre and bizarre whims.
