What the Hell is Under Third Street?

What the Hell is Under Third Street?

Publisher: Bill Reich

This is an adventure for four to six Glory Road Roleplay characters. The characters that went through “Is Someone Summoning Demons on Third Street?”  would be the logical ones to do it. Any character who didn’t survive or who didn’t want to go along could be replaced and new characters could be added. A whole new party could be organized, of course but there is a lot of information in that first module.

Since this is an urban adventure, there will be many opportunities to veer away from the main thread and go off to sell what has been discovered, to alert the authorities, or simply to go home and rest. I have included some paths that may or may not be followed.

The $ symbol stands for the silver penny, a standard coin of the city. There is a copper penny also, actually made of bronze, that is symbolized by C and a gold penny, G as well. One gold penny is equivalent to twenty silver, one silver to ten copper.

The Phantom Train

The Phantom Train

Publisher: Chaosium

Outside of Warwick, Rhode Island, Late Summer early 1920s:

The stuffy day almost ended just like any other, until you got the phone call.

An old friend, calling in a favor to help him track down his daughter, who has been missing for two days. You did some looking into it, but Providence P.D. has already dismissed the case. Eloping. Partying. Typical stuff. However, Jim sounds as worried as a toad under a harrow, so you decided the least you can do is make sure he doesn’t get in trouble. Who knows, something may even turn up? So, after gathering your equipment, off to Providence you went.

The Phantom Train is a Pulp Cthulhu one-shot scenario for 2-4 players. It is expected to take about 4-8 hours to complete, but it can be completed in a single 3-4 hour session.

As the heroes investigate this mystery, they discover that a similar fate may befall them if they don’t act quickly. Will our heroes escape to tell the tale? Or will find themselves spirited away by The Phantom Train?
